Product Catalog

Indie Arms pulls your product catalog directly from Indie Legs. Products, SKUs, pricing, and feature lists are always in sync. No duplicate data entry, no spreadsheets, no manual updates.

Stripe Checkout Integration

Secure payment processing via Stripe Checkout. Customers browse your catalog, select a SKU, and check out. License keys are generated by Indie Legs and delivered automatically after payment confirmation. The entire flow from purchase to license delivery is hands-off.

Customer Portal

Built-in authentication with email/password registration and OAuth sign-in (Google, GitHub, Microsoft). Customers manage their own profile, view order history, access their license keys, and download product binaries. Self-service means fewer support tickets.

Support Ticket System

Customers can submit support tickets with file attachments directly from the storefront. Admin panel provides ticket management with replies, status controls, and email notifications. Toggle support tickets on or off from admin settings.

Per-Customer SQLite Databases

Every customer gets their own isolated SQLite database, identified by a hashed filename. No shared tables, no accidental data leakage between customers. Privacy by design, not by policy.

Product Documentation

Host your product documentation directly in the storefront with an explorer-style UI. Markdown files with Mermaid diagram support, organized by product. Customers access docs alongside their licenses and downloads -- everything in one place.

Separate admin port for managing customers, viewing orders, editing content, configuring discounts and custom fields, and handling fulfillment. An API explorer is available on the admin panel. Admin access is isolated from the customer-facing storefront by design.

Built-in compliance features for global regulations:

  • CCPA/CPRA -- Do Not Sell page and data deletion requests
  • CAN-SPAM -- compliance dashboard in admin privacy settings

Single Binary Deployment

Indie Arms ships as a single native binary with all templates, CSS, JavaScript, and content embedded at compile time. Deploy alongside Indie Legs on any Linux server, configure via environment variables, and proxy through Caddy for TLS. Incremental SQLite backup to S3 via walship. No container orchestration, no dependency management, no runtime surprises.
